Our trips are based at the southern end of South America in a region called Patagonia. This region was discovered by Ferdinand Magellan in 1520, and since then has been for centuries a wild, mysterious and unconquerable land. This region continues be a wild place where you can enjoy and learn about the endemic fauna and avifauna, appreciate the diversity of flora and delight yourself exploring on foot this vast trails at the end of the world.

Crux Expedition takes you on unique explorations in Patagonia. We travel by foot, kayak, horse and car. We explore around the Southern Patagonian Ice Field, an important protected, yet dwindling resource that provides life to the flora and fauna such as the Andean Condor, pumas and flamingos.
When you travel with us you are going to be immersed and educated in Patagonian culture from drinking mate at century old estancias to eating the local cuisine, such as the famous Patagonia lamb BBQ.
